Request access to data

Data Access Request 

At this time, MOHCCN researchers may submit a data access request to the Gold Cohort. The following process should be followed:

1. Obtain MOHCCN Individual Membership: If you have not previously done so, read the Policy and Procedure for Individual Membership and submit the short web form. The web form is accessible by request to the Data Access Committee Secretariat at mohdatarequests@tfri.ca. 

2. To explore data on the MOHCCN Portal, MOHCCN researchers first need to obtain an authenticated CanDIG user account: Using your institutional email address, visit the CanDIG node for your Consortium and submit a request. If you require assistance, please connect with the Consortium Project Manager.

3.  Complete a Data Access Request Form and submit it to the Data Access Committee Secretariat at mohdatarequests@tfri.ca.
